Twitter

Twitter is a microblogging network can send messages in plain text with a maximum size of 140 characters called tweets, which are displayed in the user's home page. Users can subscribe to the tweets of other users - this is called "forward" and subscribers are called "followers."
By default, messages are public and can only spread showing them privately to supporters. Users can tweet from the web service from official external applications (such as for smartphones), or by Short Message Service (SMS) available in certain countries.
